Our charming house and cottages are to be found in the grounds of Helsey Farm. Set in the hamlet of Helsey near Hogsthorpe, Helsey Farm Cottages are ideal for discovering East Lincolnshire and the Lincolnshire coast. Helsey Farm Cottages are about 3 miles from the seaside village of Chapel St Leonards and about 10 miles from the historic market town of Alford.
Helsey Farm House is an old Victorian farm house built in 1880s and our cottages were converted from cattle sheds and stalls belonging to the former farm.

All our cottages and the farm house have brand new top of the range appliances through out. The Parlour and The corn store are new luxury cottages for 2021, the farm house, the Dairy and the cow shed have been fully refurbished with new kitchens bathrooms and appliances for 2021.

Guests staying at Helsey Farm Cottages must comply with the all government guidelines. The roadmap released by the UK Government to ease restrictions in England cautiously states that:
If your booking is impacted by the latest restrictions a member of our reservation team will be in contact to discuss your booking and either reschedule your stay or offer an alternative.
In line with government guidance, Helsey Farm Cottages is supporting Test and Trace and if contacted by the NHS Test and Trace programme in England will provide the name and contact details of the holiday booker if requested.
The health and safety of both our guests and staff remains of paramount importance; at Helsey Farm holiday cottages, we have introduced an enhanced cleaning schedule. Prior to arrival, the cottage will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly by the housekeepers who will be supervised by a member of the site management team.
We kindly request that guests vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure.
To ensure the safety of guests staying in the holiday cottage, we have removed scatter cushions, DVD’s, magazines, books, games and tourist leaflets.
A Welcome Hamper of essential items will continue to be provided in the cottage on arrival and will include a copy of the guidebook of the site. A range of cleaning products will be left in the holiday cottage which will include: hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray. Government guidance states that people should take particular care to maintain excellent hygiene – washing hands and surfaces – especially when using shared facilities like bathrooms wherever possible.
