Helsey Farm House is a wonderful, detached holiday farm house that offers luxury accommodation for large families. The farmhouse was newly renovated for 2021 and has something for the whole family, whether that’s relaxing in the double ended slipper baths at the end of the beds, fishing in one of our lakes or just relaxing in the peaceful Lincolnshire countryside.

Dining room: With multi-fuel stove.
Kitchen: With breakfast area, 2 electric ovens, electric hob, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer, wine chiller and a dishwasher.
Utility/cloakroom with washing machine, wash hand basin and wc.
Bedroom 1: With double bed, en-suite shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With king size bed, en-suite cloakroom and double ended slipper bath at the foot of the bed.
Bedroom 3: With king size bed, en-suite cloakroom and double ended slipper bath at the foot of the bed.
Bedroom 4: With king size bed.
Bedroom 5: With triple bunk bed.
Bathroom: With free standing roll top bath, walk-in shower and toilet.
Travel cots and highchairs are available upon request. *
We allow one small dog per Cottage.
Private parking is available.
Initial logs for our wood burners are included.
We include bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi in our Cottages. (Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.)
There are fishing lakes to the rear of the house, so fishing is available on site.
Electric car charging points are available. *

Helsey Farm Holiday Cottages are nestled between the Lincolnshire Wolds and the Lincolnshire Coastline. This is the ideal retreat to enjoy the countryside with walks joining up with the footpaths to local villages, or even all the way to the coast. You can also enjoy the night life in busy Skegness, Mablethorpe or other towns nearby.
Wren Farm Desserts is now open on the corner of Helsey, offering ice- creams, crepes, waffles, panini’s, tea, coffees and cakes.
The quaint Village of Hogsthorpe is just over a mile away and offers a local farm shop, convenience store and country pub. For a day at the seaside, you can head into Chapel St Leonards (a small town, 3 miles away) where you’ll find, amusements, cafes and a sandy beach complete with a Seascape Observatory. In land are the market towns of Alford and Louth, the entrance to the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Guests staying at Helsey Farm Cottages must comply with the all government guidelines. The roadmap released by the UK Government to ease restrictions in England cautiously states that:
If your booking is impacted by the latest restrictions a member of our reservation team will be in contact to discuss your booking and either reschedule your stay or offer an alternative.
In line with government guidance, Helsey Farm Cottages is supporting Test and Trace and if contacted by the NHS Test and Trace programme in England will provide the name and contact details of the holiday booker if requested.
The health and safety of both our guests and staff remains of paramount importance; at Helsey Farm holiday cottages, we have introduced an enhanced cleaning schedule. Prior to arrival, the cottage will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly by the housekeepers who will be supervised by a member of the site management team.
We kindly request that guests vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure.
To ensure the safety of guests staying in the holiday cottage, we have removed scatter cushions, DVD’s, magazines, books, games and tourist leaflets.
A Welcome Hamper of essential items will continue to be provided in the cottage on arrival and will include a copy of the guidebook of the site. A range of cleaning products will be left in the holiday cottage which will include: hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray. Government guidance states that people should take particular care to maintain excellent hygiene – washing hands and surfaces – especially when using shared facilities like bathrooms wherever possible.
