Check in times for the cottages and farm house are 4pm, please do not arrive before 4pm unless otherwise confirmed. Please ensure you are checked out of your holiday cottage or Farm house by 10 am so we have time to prepare the cottage or house for the next guests, thank you.

Fresh clean bedding and towels are provided but if you require the use of one of our cots please bring your own bedding for the cot, thank you.

All our cottages and farm house are pet friendly, we allow one small dog but please remember to pick up after your pet.

1. Children must be always supervised especially around the lake.
2. Dogs must be kept on leads and please pick up after them.
3. Please stay away from farm machinery and the farmyard.
4. Smoking is not allowed in the Cottages.
